Product Owner (iGaming)

Location: Remote in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Serbia, Estonia, Hungary, Cyprus, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, or Albania; listed locations include Sofia, Bucharest, Warsaw, Belgrade, Tallinn, Budapest, Larnaca, Lisbon, Ljubljana, Nicosia, Prague, Rome, Sarajevo, Skopje, and Tiranë.

What you will do

• Translate business and founder requests into user stories, development tickets, clear requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work daily with front-end and back-end developers to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove blockers.
• Manage and prioritize the development backlog, break down initiatives, and track delivery against agreed priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders on dependencies, timelines, and implementation requirements.
• Review designs, test features, identify issues, verify fixes, and coordinate releases through production.
• Gather feedback from Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams; maintain documentation and drive outstanding work to completion.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, or in a similar hands-on product delivery role.
• Proven experience working directly with software engineers and coordinating the development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Good understanding of software development workflows, technical dependencies, and third-party integrations.
• Practical experience with feature testing, quality assurance, and release coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities may evolve.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or betting.
• Familiarity with casino platform features such as bonuses, wallets, payments, KYC, and game integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar project management tools.
