Lead Scheduler (Power Generation)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for gas-generation portfolios and individual projects.
• Build schedule structures, calendars, coding, work breakdown structures, milestones, baselines, progress rules, and reporting cycles.
• Integrate engineering, permitting, procurement, fabrication, logistics, construction, commissioning, testing, and commercial operations.
• Review contractor and supplier schedules for logic, durations, float, constraints, resources, progress, and contractual compliance.
• Analyze critical paths, delays, trends, productivity, resources, milestones, and schedule risks; develop corrective actions and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate status updates with internal teams, contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and commissioning organizations, and prepare dashboards and management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 7 or more years of scheduling experience in power generation, industrial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve complex technical, commercial, and execution issues.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel to project, supplier, partner, or operating locations as required.
