Capital Project Scheduler

Location: United States; candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern time zones and able to commute to hirify.global facilities in the region as business needs require. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $97,843.00–$152,880.00 annually, with an 8% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Develop, integrate, maintain, and manage project schedules across engineering, construction, and all project lifecycle phases.
• Build schedule logic, sequencing, hierarchy, resource loading, and performance metrics aligned with project plans.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, identify deviations and constraints, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead schedule review and status meetings and provide timely updates, reports, and decision-making insights.
• Partner with project managers, engineering, construction, cost engineering, and business leadership to track progress, earned value, and changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining, or Chemical Process Plant projects from front-end engineering through construction.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks, adapt plans quickly, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Must be based in the Central or Eastern time zones and able to commute to hirify.global facilities in the region.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining, or Chemical Process Plant scheduling experience across engineering and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a general STEM field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and familiarity with industry cost reporting techniques.
• Experience conducting schedule risk analysis with industry software.
