Scheduling Manager (EPC)

Location: On-site at the Scottsdale, Arizona office; up to 40% domestic travel to project sites. This is not a remote opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Scheduler/Planner teams supporting complex EPC projects.
• Build scheduling standards, processes, best practices, and career development programs.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, baseline development, progress updates, and change management.
• Develop and maintain EPC master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and client milestones.
• Lead critical path, CPM, LSM, schedule risk, and time impact analyses, including recovery and mitigation planning.
• Oversee earned value management, KPIs, and integrated cost and schedule performance reporting while partnering with clients, subcontractors, and project leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Scheduler/Planner teams.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 experience and strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path methodology, and schedule analytics.
• Experience with cost- and resource-loaded schedules, Earned Value Management, cost/schedule integration, and performance reporting.
• Ability to analyze logic ties, lag and lead time, float, constraints, sequencing, resource impacts, and schedule drivers.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona and travel domestically to project sites up to 40%.

• Utility, power generation, or large-scale industrial EPC experience.
