Mid- and Senior-Level P6 Schedulers (Utility EPC)

Location: On-site at the Scottsdale, Arizona office; up to 30% domestic travel to project sites. This is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Develop and manage Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) and Critical Path Method (CPM) Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects.
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with project baselines and execution strategies.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning inputs into project schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, productivity tracking, and schedule risk assessments.
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, cash flow reports, look-ahead plans, and short-interval schedules.
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation and recommend mitigation strategies for sequencing and schedule risks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines and substations.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development.
• Experience with linear scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools.
