What you will do

• Lead the planning and scheduling organization supporting multiple concurrent capital projects.
• Establish standardized planning processes, governance, scheduling methodologies, and integrated master schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, CQV, Finance, Manufacturing, Site Operations, and Regulatory teams.
• Produce portfolio-level reporting, executive dashboards, earned value data, forecasts, impact analyses, and schedule updates.
• Manage staffing strategies, resource allocation, contractor scheduling requirements, and schedule consultant performance.
• Drive digital transformation through Primavera P6, Planisware, Power BI, automation, predictive scheduling, and AI-enabled planning tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of engineering and capital project delivery experience; or an associate’s degree with 10 years; bachelor’s degree with 6 years; master’s degree with 4 years; or doctorate with 2 years.
• Experience in capital project delivery and project controls across engineering or construction, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and compliance.
• Expertise in planning and scheduling, integrated master schedules, planning standards, and cross-functional capital construction projects.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Planner, Excel, Smart Planning, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
