GTM Enablement Program Manager (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus options

What you will do

• Own product enablement for launches and major product changes, from intake and planning through training, communications, reinforcement, and maintenance.
• Build and improve product curricula in the LMS and Content Hub for sales and broader GTM audiences.
• Coordinate and facilitate live enablement sessions, workshops, demos, and advanced product training with subject matter experts.
• Manage GTM knowledge architecture, taxonomy, governance, content ownership, review cadences, and archival processes.
• Run recurring enablement communications and create clear guidance from product, program, and company updates.
• Measure field readiness using participation, feedback, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company.
• Experience owning product launches, product training, ongoing curricula, and field communications.
• Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system, including content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to explain complex products through practical seller guidance.
• Strong written communication, program management, ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• AI fluency and curiosity about structured knowledge, agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Notion or WorkRamp.
• Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI.
