What you will do

• Run product experiments to improve user experience and drive product growth.
• Analyze user behavior data to identify insights and opportunities to improve key metrics.
• Support prioritization, brainstorming, and testing of product growth ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring experiments and ideas to life.
• Develop data-driven product decision-making skills and gradually take ownership of product areas.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial experience in marketing, product analytics, or project management.
• Basic understanding of product or marketing analytics and confidence working with numbers.
• Curiosity, initiative, and readiness to experiment and learn from mistakes.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• English: B2 or higher
