Salary: $125,700–$157,100 per year

What you will do

• Develop marketing strategies and integrated programs to grow household penetration and traffic across Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree.
• Translate consumer, shopper, brand, and customer insights into effective marketing plans and shopper experiences.
• Lead digital commerce, shopper marketing, retail media, and social-commerce activations across digital and retail touchpoints.
• Partner with Brand, Sales, Media, Analytics & Insights, agencies, and retail customers to deliver programs.
• Build customer relationships, sell in marketing ideas, and support joint value creation through external selling and commercial negotiation.
• Provide agency direction and manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on business and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Must work from the Virginia Beach Sales Office in the United States.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong marketing and brand-building fundamentals.
• Ability to translate strategies and insights into effective execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and stakeholders.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience executing brand advertising.
• Experience working with external agency partners or customer retail media networks.
• Experience in media analytics or Analytics & Insights.
