Production Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - Napoleon; onsite on second shift

Salary: $67,000–$92,100 annual base salary

What you will do

• Set direction and priorities for the business unit across all three shifts.
• Lead safety, quality, line efficiency, KPI performance, and employee morale initiatives.
• Manage direct and indirect labor, teamwork plans, budgets, and capital forecasting activities.
• Develop Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and other frontline leadership through training, coaching, and facilitation.
• Lead daily management systems, including DDS, CL, RCFA, and operational standards documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships with plant functions, engineering, process safety, product development, reliability, and network teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of supervisory experience or 3+ years of operations experience in manufacturing; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
• Experience with leadership development, training, coaching, KPI tracking, and budget management.
• Ability to work onsite on second shift in Napoleon, Ohio.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Cross-functional plant operations experience.
• Union experience.
