Senior Software Engineer, Permissions Platform - PDEGO (TypeScript/React/Python)

What you will do

• Design and deliver permissions platform products within a cross-functional team.
• Build clean, tested, maintainable full-stack web applications across the technology stack.
• Design and operate scalable, reliable, secure, and performant services.
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify requirements, assess trade-offs, and define delivery milestones.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Improve automated testing, observability, deployment practices, and operational reliability while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and delivering full-stack web applications with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Python.
• Experience designing microservices and APIs, with strong knowledge of REST, HTTP, OAuth, and related standards.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and experience operating reliable production services.
• Experience improving application performance, page load times, reliability, and automated unit and integration testing.
• Clear communication skills, technical leadership ability, and experience working in agile, product-led environments.
