Senior Full Stack Developer (C#, React, TypeScript)

Location: Remote-first within the United Kingdom, with access to a central London office when required. Flexible 10:00–16:00 core hours across a 37.5-hour week.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum, plus benefits.

UK-based international outdoor retail company operating 400 stores worldwide alongside a significant e-commerce business and investing in its in-house technology team.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, React, and TypeScript.
• Work across greenfield and legacy projects in cloud, datacentre, and serverless environments.
• Design and develop microservices-based solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, SQL Server solutions, and third-party API and SaaS integrations.
• Contribute to continuous delivery through Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce tested, high-quality code, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• At least five years of commercial experience with C#.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and microservice design principles.
• Experience with modern Git workflows and pragmatic technical decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, well-tested code and willingness to mentor junior developers.

Nice to have

• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Azure, Vercel, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or microfrontend experience.
• Test-driven development and RESTful API or GraphQL development.
