TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do
- Design and maintain robust fullstack applications and scalable services.
- Lead end-to-end development including system architecture, API design, and data modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive technology strategy.
- Mentor engineers and foster best practices in coding, testing, and operational excellence.
- Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions into production systems to improve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to projects across various technical stacks and platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong engineering skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proven experience building scalable, user-centric products.
- Must be able to work from the London office 3 times a week.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying ML concepts to real-world products.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin for server-side development.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Track record of refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases.
