Senior Fullstack Engineer (Payments)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end fiat on-ramp and off-ramp flows, including user interfaces, order orchestration, quotes, limits, settlement, and provider integrations.
• Integrate payment, banking, compliance, KYC/AML, fraud-scoring, and local payment-rail providers.
• Develop provider abstractions that enable rapid expansion into new countries and payment methods.
• Build P2P Market features including order matching, escrow, dispute handling, merchant tools, and trading UX.
• Improve transaction reliability through idempotency, reconciliation, retries, monitoring, and alerting.
• Take features from idea to production autonomously, including fast MVP development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product company.
• Professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience with money-moving systems, transactional consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, and provider failure handling.
• Product and customer orientation, with attention to conversion, settlement speed, and support load.
• English at B1+ level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment products such as on/off-ramp, PSP or acquiring integrations, P2P or OTC trading, remittances, neobanks, or fintech.
• Ability to create quick demo MVPs and develop semi-sophisticated systems.
• Preference for applying the 80/20 principle.
