Senior HR Business Partner - Southern Europe (Madrid)

What you will do

• Partner with international leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on employee relations and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive learning and leadership development initiatives, including the hirify.global Leadership Program.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness and compliance across markets.
• Ensure HR governance, legal compliance, efficient processes, and analytics-led decision-making across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Business Partner roles with an international focus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working in a law firm or consultancy company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
