Regional People Partner, EMEA (Bilingual)

What you will do

• Partner with regional leaders and people managers across EMEA on employee relations, organizational design, talent retention, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regional labor standards across key European markets.
• Lead engagement surveys, talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management cycles.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, HR Operations, and Payroll teams to deliver scalable HR services.
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve team effectiveness, manager capability, and business outcomes.
• Manage complex employee relations cases through coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a multi-country or global matrix organization.
• Professional experience with HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in Spain, Portugal, France, or Italy.
• Professional fluency in English and native or business fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Italian.
• Experience managing employee relations, organizational change, and performance management initiatives end to end.
• Proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday and productivity tools such as Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or an equivalent regional accreditation.
• Experience supporting teams across the UK, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, or broader EMEA territories.
• Experience coaching managers on leadership, team development, and conflict resolution.
• Experience using HR analytics and data-driven approaches to solve strategic business challenges.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed, scaling environment.
