Base salary: $181,600–$249,700 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise AI architecture vision, reference architecture, platform blueprint, and multi-year roadmap.
• Design end-to-end AI ecosystems covering data pipelines, model development, deployment, observability, evaluation, lifecycle management, and enterprise integrations.
• Define standards for generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents, APIs, model integration, security guardrails, and production readiness.
• Establish Dev/Test/Prod patterns, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, LLMOps/MLOps, cost controls, and reusable implementation components.
• Lead architecture reviews and build/buy/reuse decisions for internal and third-party AI solutions.
• Guide multiple teams and align engineering, data science, product, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders on scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data, AI engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Recent hands-on experience delivering generative AI solutions, including agents, RAG, or copilots, into enterprise production environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, and API Management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code such as Bicep or Terraform, and LLMOps/MLOps practices.
• Experience establishing architecture standards, design reviews, reusable patterns, AI security, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI controls.
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience, with strong communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills.
