Internship: HR/Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Location: Hybrid role based in Oegstgeest, Netherlands, with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site and up to 3 days working from home.

Salary: €550 per month based on full-time hours.

What you will do

• Lead recruitment and selection for internship positions in the Netherlands from job creation through the offer process.
• Build a welcoming intern community through events and networking opportunities.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, in-house days, and company recruitment events.
• Maintain talent attraction communication tools, including the Talent Community.
• Support projects that strengthen talent attraction and employer branding.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field at HBO or WO level.
• Must remain enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Very good English communication skills are required.
• Interest in human resources and employer branding.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
