What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Design and improve structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and optimize recruitment performance.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, events, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across technical and business roles.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategies.
• Experience improving recruitment processes and assessment frameworks.
• Strong proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and candidate experience skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment performance and market insights.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in The Hague, Netherlands.
