What you will do
- Source, publish, and optimize job openings across recruitment platforms.
- Design and manage application, screening, and candidate assessment processes.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates against defined criteria.
- Present offers and explain position terms, remuneration, and benefits.
- Develop, document, and improve HR recruitment procedures, workflows, and onboarding processes.
- Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event annually.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
- Experience with recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
- Experience in performance coaching.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
