What you will do

• Lead product application roadmaps based on customer technologies and critical capability gaps.
• Lead complex application activities, evaluation programs, demonstrations, and customer-site beta activities.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate schedules and statements of work.
• Define and approve application support plans for system installation.
• Create methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Develop, transfer, and support new application capabilities from product divisions to customer application teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized technical discipline.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead others through complex problems.
• Ability to communicate difficult technical concepts and negotiate technical decisions with customers and stakeholders.
• Availability to work in Santa Clara, California, United States.
