Lead, Field Applications (Semiconductor)

Location: Remote, Oregon, United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually, with actual pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead product recommendations, customer evaluations, and qualification projects at semiconductor customer sites.
• Support prototype and derivative product development for established and emerging applications.
• Promote product technologies that reduce defects and improve semiconductor manufacturing yield.
• Develop technical solutions for contamination-control challenges in semiconductor fabs and chemical suppliers.
• Partner with account management, applications engineering, quality engineering, product management, manufacturing, and business teams.
• Lead technical discussions, communicate evaluation results, support market analysis, and share application best practices globally.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of wet etch clean, photolithography, CMP, and defect-reduction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English for technical presentations, customer discussions, and written reports.
