Product Engineer - RAPID

Base pay: $117,800–$172,800 annually

What you will do

• Act as the central technical interface across design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing, and field operations throughout the product life cycle.
• Own technical expertise for reticle-profile subsystems and drive corrective actions, preventive actions, and serviceability improvements.
• Optimize diagnostics, reliability, design tolerances, cost of service, documentation, tooling, software, and knowledge-management systems.
• Analyze data from beta and sustaining escalations and create actionable plans for customer service and technical support engineers.
• Develop and deliver training, including train-the-trainer programs, initial courses, audits, scripts, coaching, and technical documentation.
• Define spare-parts stocking plans and perform hands-on Alpha/Beta system integration and serviceability validation.

Requirements

• Doctorate with no related experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with EUV tools or semiconductor processing equipment; reticle equipment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated problems involving multiple factors.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Ability to take a leadership role when needed and deliver results in a technically complex environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and delivering remote technical training using virtual reality, augmented reality, and video.
