Associate Principal Business Analyst (CRED Applications & Programs)

Location: Hybrid with defined in-person presence requirements in the United States; positions are listed in Rockville, MD, Tysons, VA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Jericho, NY, Jersey City, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Washington, DC, Woodbridge, NJ, Connecticut, and Washington State. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required.

Salary: $96,600–$172,800 annually for Rockville, MD and Tysons, VA; ranges vary by listed work location.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational, service-level, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Partner with business users, technology teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and advance initiatives.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Perform regression testing and post-deployment validation while monitoring application dashboards and system performance.
• Resolve and document complex cases, incidents, inquiries, and data discrepancies escalated by the hirify.global Support Center.
• Maintain user entitlements, conduct access audits, and support information and records management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred, with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including query review and minor modifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience investigating data and system issues.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, operational metrics, application support, testing, issue resolution, and production support.
• Experience with user access administration, entitlement reviews, compliance processes, and information governance.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
