Intermediate Senior Developer (Vue/.NET)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$120,000–CA$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex end-to-end features across user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, and data.
• Build Vue 3 and TypeScript features and develop C#/.NET Core microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous integrations.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server data access, including complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Improve reliability, scalability, security, performance, and observability while addressing technical debt.
• Package services with Docker, support Kubernetes deployments, and diagnose high-priority production issues.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, documentation, stakeholder communication, and support for less-experienced developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with significant ownership of production full-stack applications.
• 5+ years of C#/.NET Core experience and 5+ years building production applications with Vue.js, ideally Vue 3 and the Composition API.
• 3+ years of production TypeScript experience.
• Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, messaging, event-driven integrations, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments such as AWS.
• Experience with eCommerce functionality, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with multilingual applications, internationalization, and localization.
• Experience in the direct selling industry.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
