Salesforce/Certinia Administrator

What you will do

• Administer user records, permissions, access levels, data queries, and platform updates across Salesforce and Certinia.
• Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation for Sales, Service Delivery, and end-to-end professional services processes.
• Test and implement Salesforce and Certinia releases, AppExchange applications, and Certinia packages.
• Partner with stakeholders across Service Delivery, Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide user guidance, troubleshoot platform issues, maintain documentation, and support adoption of new functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships and identify opportunities to improve platform utilization and operational performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia, including PSA, Accounting, Revenue Management, Analytics Studio, and Financial Report Builder.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience configuring and testing Salesforce and Certinia functionality and working in a Consulting or Professional Services organization.
• Strong cross-functional communication, business acumen, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Current legal authorization to work in Brazil is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

• Experience integrating Salesforce and Certinia processes with Slack.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize internal processes.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting and executive communications.
