Salesforce Administrator, CPQ

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $107,100–$154,000 USD annually, with possible bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval flows.
• Manage quote-to-cash workflows, contract generation, and e-signature integrations.
• Act as the primary CPQ contact for troubleshooting, user enablement, and documentation.
• Own Salesforce request intake by gathering requirements, scoping complexity, and routing or prioritizing work.
• Resolve low-complexity Salesforce configuration requests directly and keep the backlog focused on larger work.
• Use and extend AI-assisted tools for requirements gathering, documentation, and solution scoping while partnering with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Salesforce administrators.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including CPQ configuration in a production environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval flows.
• Experience with quote-to-cash workflows and contract or e-signature tools such as DocuSign or SpotDraft.
• Strong requirements-gathering and scoping skills, including translating ambiguous requests into actionable tickets.
• Ability to own processes from initial intake through routing and prioritization.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or experience implementing CPQ systems such as Nue.io, Conga, or Dealhub.
• Broader Salesforce declarative configuration experience with Flow, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing Operations, or RevOps stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted requirements-gathering or documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
