Specialist, Casting

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; onsite role with occasional in-person interviews and support for talent at productions, events, premieres, and promotional activities.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend talent for non-scripted productions, series, pilots, specials, and events.
• Collaborate with the VP of Casting, directors, executive producers, development teams, managers, publicists, and agencies on character profiles and casting needs.
• Create audition schedules, talent requests, presentations, cast lists, and project documentation using casting and collaboration systems.
• Maintain talent and agent databases, audition records, performance notes, feedback, and candidate status updates.
• Coordinate and support talent during productions, media training, red carpets, premieres, press events, promotional activities, and digital activations.
• Support travel and logistics for talent and companions, including airfare, hotels, transportation, per diem, agendas, and visa coordination.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in casting and/or talent relations within the entertainment industry.
• Verbal Spanish is required.
• Extensive knowledge of talent casting, television, contracts, negotiations, and recruiting.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional conduct, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of entertainment industry standards and practices.
• Familiarity with Spanish-language television.
• Administrative experience in entertainment or event production.
