Model Coordinator

Location: Springfield, Missouri, United States (hirify.global Base Camp). Full-time onsite role with work in offices, studios, casting environments, and production locations as required. Travel is required based on production and casting needs.

What you will do

• Scout, recruit, and maintain an active roster and library of models and other production talent.
• Review creative briefs and recommend talent based on appearance, style, availability, budget, and project requirements.
• Communicate with talent and agents about project details, availability, rates, schedules, and expectations.
• Coordinate bookings, fittings, shoot schedules, travel, castings, open calls, and production logistics.
• Manage talent releases, usage rights, renewals, payment documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and related paperwork.
• Partner with Creative, Production, Project Management, and other internal teams to align talent needs with production schedules and creative direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, production, fashion, photography, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2+ years of experience in casting, talent coordination, creative production, agency work, photo/video production, or a related environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• General understanding of talent releases, usage rights, contracts, production documentation, and payment processes.
• Valid driver’s license required; applicants must be at least 21 years old.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Experience with SAG and commercial talent processes.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interest in outdoor lifestyle categories and awareness of cultural, social media, lifestyle, and talent trends.
