Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Own the monthly FP&A close and align actual results with budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze P&L performance, variance drivers, trends, and core financial statements.
• Lead revenue recognition compliance in coordination with Accounting, including accrued and deferred revenue validation.
• Perform WIP reconciliations and project accounting analysis to align revenue and costs across periods.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and capital/WIP projections.
• Build financial models and reports in Excel while validating data integrity, cost allocations, and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or hybrid accounting and finance roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Experience with WIP reconciliations, project accounting, and revenue-to-cost alignment.
• Advanced financial analysis, variance analysis, and financial statement skills covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, complex reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Experience in a shared services or multi-entity environment is an advantage.
