Senior Enterprise Systems Developer (Oracle Fusion)

hirify.global is hiring for an enterprise Oracle Cloud ecosystem role focused on advanced technical architecture and development.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major Oracle Fusion enterprise enhancements.
• Establish technical standards, coding practices, code reviews, and quality gates.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural oversight.
• Design and develop complex Fusion extensions, customizations, and technical solutions using BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP, and PaaS extensions.
• Optimize ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces with OIC and OPA developers.
• Architect integrations between Oracle Fusion, shop floor, warehouse, and third-party operational systems, while serving as the final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.

Requirements

• Must work in Austin, Texas, US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible enterprise ERP functional and technical experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on implementation and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, GTM, and EPM.
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion development tools, OIC integration architecture, technical governance, and live production environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud transitions or migrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy and integrations with Avalara, Kyriba, or Zip.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Oracle Cloud professional certifications.
