hirify.global is hiring for an enterprise IT architecture role focused on Oracle ERP systems and business technology strategy.

What you will do

• Define conceptual and logical enterprise architecture specifications across data, applications, and technical domains.
• Establish architecture standards aligned with business goals, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Lead cross-functional enterprise architecture efforts involving strategy, change management, and business process management.
• Advise senior management on technology issues with enterprise-wide impact.
• Ensure architecture standards, policies, and procedures are applied consistently across application development programs.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, costs, requirements, design reviews, code migrations, and approvals.

Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience with a four-year degree, 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on techno-functional experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications.
• Strong Oracle SCM and Financials knowledge, including Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, BOM, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, WIP, ECO, O2C, and P2P processes.
• Technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces and conversions, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Discoverer, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, AOL, and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, execution plan analysis, and optimizer hints.
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare technical designs and proposals, conduct stakeholder presentations, manage change requests, and lead cross-functional delivery.
