AI Operations Manager

What you will do

• Identify operational challenges where AI agents and automation can reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Design and build AI agents, including behaviours, workflows, prompts, logic, integrations, and configurations.
• Lead discovery, solution design, testing, deployment, and production readiness end to end.
• Connect agents with systems, APIs, data, and workflows to automate business processes.
• Prototype solutions, gather feedback, and iterate until the required business outcomes are achieved.
• Own production agents, including documentation, controls, monitoring, maintenance, and support processes.

Requirements

• Experience building AI tools or introducing automation tools, ideally for operational teams.
• Strong change management experience.
• Experience turning a business concept into a tangible solution that improves productivity.
