AI Acceleration Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Consult with teams across Neko to discover, build, distribute, adopt, and iterate on internal AI-enabled products and workflows.
• Build solutions directly, teach teams to build them, or design solutions for handover to the relevant owners.
• Map and redesign at least two high-value workflows with the teams responsible for them, measuring improvements in time or cost.
• Own AI Acceleration intake and tracking end to end within a defined remit, reducing manual coordination.
• Track adoption and return to teams to identify and resolve barriers to effective use.
• Run one-to-one and team consulting sessions that help colleagues learn, build, and unblock their work.

Requirements

• Experience taking a business problem from discovery through solution development and deployment, including at least one moderately complex project completed with limited guidance.
• Working familiarity with applied AI, including large language models, context, retrieval, agents, connectors, and evaluation.
• Experience with process mapping, or a clear willingness to learn it quickly.
• Ability to teach non-engineers, support teams through implementation, and maintain a strong focus on adoption.
• High trainability, a growth mindset, and an ability to apply new knowledge independently.
• Background in GTM engineering, solutions consulting, or AI operations.
