What you will do

• Own and maintain the multi-year Cyan technical delivery roadmap, connecting strategy with capabilities, milestones, releases, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate product priorities into sequenced technical delivery plans with clear ownership, commitments, decision points, and release targets.
• Coordinate delivery across AI platforms, shared services, product teams, data, architecture, security, risk, governance, and business functions.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve cross-functional dependencies, ownership gaps, sequencing conflicts, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate pilot, launch, and scale readiness across testing, environments, data, observability, security, support, governance, and operational controls.
• Provide executive communications, facilitate decisions, and evolve delivery frameworks as new workstreams and AI capabilities are added.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product technology, technology strategy, enterprise transformation, complex initiative leadership, or technical delivery.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-year technology initiatives across product, engineering, platform, data, risk, and business organizations.
• Experience building integrated roadmaps, milestone and dependency plans, decision frameworks, release plans, OKRs, and executive reporting.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and driving accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Strong technology fluency and the ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and risk stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI, agentic AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, or digital product development.
• Experience connecting Agile and scaled planning practices to business outcomes, delivery predictability, and production readiness.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives across globally distributed teams.
