Head of Wealth Management Automation Strategy & Execution (AI)

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD per year base pay

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Wealth Management Automation Strategy & Execution team and establish its operating model, capacity plan, delivery standards, and governance routines.
• Define and prioritize productivity, automation, agent, and process-improvement opportunities across Wealth Management.
• Redesign workflows and deliver automation, AI, low-code, analytics, and agent-based solutions from intake through production and ongoing support.
• Own portfolio intake, triage, prioritization, roadmaps, backlogs, resource planning, investment decisions, executive reporting, and value realization.
• Coordinate with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Privacy, and governance teams on approvals, controls, audit readiness, and issue resolution.
• Advise Wealth Management leaders and drive adoption, training, change readiness, and measurable improvements in productivity, quality, risk, and capacity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services, Wealth Management, operations, business transformation, process improvement, automation, AI, technology enablement, or program leadership.
• Experience leading people and complex cross-functional portfolios or programs in a large, regulated organization.
• Strong Wealth Management or financial-services business acumen and experience with regulatory, control, technology, data, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of AI, agents, low-code automation, workflow tools, data integration, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong process-improvement, portfolio management, program management, executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
• Experience with enterprise automation enablement platforms such as Byron, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
