AI Transformation & Advisor Experienc Lead

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with three days per week in the office

Salary: $132,420–$217,545 base pay, with potential eligibility for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders on high-value applications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps tied to measurable commercial and experience outcomes.
• Design and scale AI-enabled solutions and redesigned workflows for advisor- and client-facing teams.
• Lead implementation and adoption across Wealth Management, Client Solutions, Distribution, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Enterprise AI.
• Ensure AI solutions align with regulatory, risk, compliance, operational, and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Business or internal consulting experience with strong analytical and workflow analysis skills.
• Expertise in AI tools and capabilities, with a demonstrated implementation track record.
• Deep Wealth Management expertise and knowledge of advisor workflows, client-facing experiences, service processes, and operations.
• Experience developing scalable AI solutions and redesigning workflows with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business benefits.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
