Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco, California or New York, New York office; in-office work is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Salary: $120,000–$220,000 per year base pay.

hirify.global is a Series A fintech startup building an AI-native disputes automation and fraud prevention platform for financial institutions.

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding from post-sale through go-live and act as the primary customer contact.
• Lead technical kickoff meetings and align implementation scope, timelines, integrations, and requirements.
• Translate customer technology stacks, fraud workflows, and capabilities into clear technical specifications for engineering.
• Coordinate with client IT, information security, and fraud teams on integrations, security, and infrastructure needs.
• Partner with product and engineering to scope work, remove blockers, and keep implementations on track.
• Manage onboarding communications and ensure a smooth handoff to platform support after launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions engineering, or customer implementation, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
• Computer science, engineering, or related technical foundation, or equivalent hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data workflows, and customer environments.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Track record managing complex cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement with executive-level contacts.

• Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes.
