Senior Manager - Visa Direct Ecosystem Integrity (Fintech)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $172,100–$275,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support global strategy for hirify.global Direct ecosystem integrity, regulatory alignment, data quality, and network standards.
• Manage control frameworks for monitoring, issue identification, enforcement, reporting, and exception management.
• Drive automated detection, analytics, and AI-enabled compliance capabilities to identify risks and non-compliant behavior.
• Translate regulatory, policy, and scheme requirements into operational controls, product requirements, and roadmap input.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Rules, Technology, Operations, and Regional teams on ecosystem growth and control execution.
• Advise senior leaders on ecosystem risks, control effectiveness, market readiness, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 9+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• 7+ years of experience in payments or money movement ecosystems, including regulatory compliance, AML, cross-border obligations, network operations, and transaction integrity.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, data requirements, scheme or network rules, and emerging payment models.
• Strong product acumen and experience delivering scalable, data-driven solutions in complex global environments.
