Replenishment Manager – Walmart

Location: Remote in Arkansas, United States

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage daily Walmart replenishment activities using Retail Link, Luminate, and related reporting tools.
• Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, in-stock percentages, forecast accuracy, fill rates, and OTIF performance.
• Analyze sales trends, seasonal events, promotions, and item performance to develop replenishment strategies.
• Maintain inventory across Walmart distribution centers and stores while resolving service, sales, and productivity issues.
• Partner with Walmart stakeholders, sales, demand planning, logistics, customer service, and operations teams.
• Lead reporting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, new item launches, assortment changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in replenishment, customer supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or retail operations.
• Experience supporting Walmart or another large-scale retailer.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Luminate, or comparable retailer replenishment systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods organization.
• Knowledge of Walmart supply chain processes and inventory flow.
• Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar forecasting and planning systems.
