Warehouse Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Victor, NY; on-site warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead inventory management across sales platforms and manage shipping supplies.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, distribution, storage, and equipment organization.
• Fulfill orders through ShipStation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Walmart, Etsy, and other channels.
• Handle product returns and provide general customer service support.
• Coordinate sample shipments with the wholesale manager and mail gift-code postcards to animal shelters.
• Support supply chain ordering, forecasting, inventory planning, and brand integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Communication skills and experience managing processes.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, accurate, creative, and persistent problem-solving approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet.
• Interest in dogs and dog products.

Nice to have

• Warehouse experience.
• Equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of dog behavior or training.
• Experience with dog products.
