Client Services Product Delivery Leader (Enterprise SaaS)

Location: US NY Metro Remote, United States of America; other listed locations include US NC Remote, US NY Remote, and US NJ Metro Remote. Workplace type: Hybrid (Partially Remote). Travel up to 25% is required for client and prospect meetings.

What you will do

• Own the Product Delivery P&L and translate revenue, margin, utilization, staffing, pricing, and capacity targets into operating decisions.
• Manage demand and capacity planning while identifying and addressing delivery risks before they affect business performance.
• Ensure engagements have the appropriate skills, seniority, architecture support, and capacity for their complexity and risk.
• Lead, develop, retain, and manage the performance of a high-performing delivery organization.
• Oversee project-plan execution, portfolio health, recovery plans, quality review gates, estimation models, and reusable delivery accelerators.
• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities, requirements, delivery risk, pricing, and disciplined commitments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions to clients, including 5–8 years in a senior leadership role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience leading a professional services delivery organization and managing managers, including hiring, talent development, retention, and performance management.
• Ownership of a services P&L or product-line financials, with knowledge of margin, utilization, revenue forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Experience creating estimation models, effort baselines, delivery quality standards, review gates, and reusable accelerators.
• Experience remediating at-risk engagements and leading recovery efforts with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with professional firms in regulated industries and enterprise SaaS implementations, including configuration, integrations, and data migration. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
