Chief of Staff, Office of the CTO (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Mexico City or Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage strategic programs, corporate objectives, key metrics, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives with executive and board-level visibility.
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual communication cadences, including content curation and drafting.
• Prepare senior leadership meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, and cross-functional input.
• Build and manage the CTO’s customer and partner engagement cadence, including action-item follow-up.
• Coordinate M&A operations, communications, and program execution.
• Facilitate CTO roundtables and skip-level one-on-ones while tracking employee feedback and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with a C-level executive or founder to drive initiatives.
• Exceptional operational, organizational, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-departmental efforts that achieved meaningful business outcomes.
• Ability to manage scope, risk, uncertainty, and operational process improvement.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and solving problems.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, rapidly growing SaaS business.
