Senior Technical Program Manager (Cloud Storage)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise security programs from initiation through delivery.
• Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, dashboards, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate engineering, product, legal, and third-party vendor teams to implement security controls on schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalating blockers with clear options and recommendations.
• Coordinate incident response activities, post-incident reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements and support technical teams through influence and servant leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and the ability to adapt agile principles to different development environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, risk-assessment, judgment, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence engineering, legal, and executive teams without direct authority and operate effectively during active incidents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• ScrumMaster certification.
• Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites.
