IT Analyst (Manufacturing Systems)

Location: Athens, Georgia, United States; 5 days onsite required. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing and office applications, including Pinpoint, Serv-I-Quip, DeviceWise, VMC Test Manager, ServiceNow, PSPS, Cat ET, and SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Identify and resolve application and technical problems, including off-shift and weekend support.
• Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance testing for application and infrastructure components.
• Work with vendors to integrate purchased applications and infrastructure.
• Design and implement support processes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with first- and second-line Help Center support and train or lead others when needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience with structured troubleshooting, documentation, prioritization, and client management.
• Ability to troubleshoot Dell PCs, HP printers, audio/visual systems, and production technology.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while using required personal protective equipment.
• Advanced PC skills and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of hirify.global systems support experience.
• Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Endpoint Encryption, PGP, ServiceNow, Cat ET, SAP ME, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
