Technical Business Systems Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, configurations, master data, workflows, and SuiteScripts to identify and implement improvements.
• Configure and support NetSuite and related enterprise systems across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
• Build SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts, troubleshoot issues, test end-to-end processes, and maintain system performance.
• Manage data integrations across PLM, MES, CRM, WMS, procurement, sales, finance, and MRP systems.
• Develop custom reports and saved searches while supporting internal controls and reporting requirements.
• Provide technical support, user acceptance testing, and training for NetSuite users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on ERP experience, with at least 2 years of NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and REST API.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration or customization for WMS, procurement, order-to-cash, finance, MRP, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of integration middleware such as Celigo or Boomi, plus data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive or manufacturing, particularly inventory and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of product configuration, bills of materials, work orders, items, demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.
