Lead Analyst, IT - Business Process Management HQ ERP Project (SAP MDG)

Location: Remote; up to 20% travel may be required

Salary: $100,200–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead SAP Master Data Governance functional design and delivery for material, business partner, and/or finance master data domains.
• Run discovery, requirements, process design, and functional solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define data models, workflows, business rules, validations, duplicate checks, search, replication, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide technical teams responsible for SAP configuration, integrations, interfaces, and custom development.
• Lead functional testing, defect triage, business acceptance, data migration readiness, and phased SAP rollout validation.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, governance controls, user experience, documentation, and SAP MDG roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of SAP functional experience, including hands-on SAP MDG design, process configuration, governance, and testing.
• 3+ years leading SAP MDG functional workstreams, solution design, stakeholder decisions, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience directing technical delivery and reviewing configuration, integrations, and development without acting as the primary developer.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, evaluate problems objectively, and apply agile best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and perform occasional physical activities including lifting up to 25 pounds.
