Engineering Program Manager (Cloud)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid work with required residence within commuting distance of the San Jose office.

Salary: $211,528–$289,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for key growth initiatives in the Cloud business unit.
• Build cloud-integrated, fully managed, high-performance, scalable storage solutions across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Align internal stakeholders around deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and strategic SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from concept and design through implementation, product launch, and market release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience leading large and complex cross-functional project and product implementations.
• Experience running programs within an engineering organization and leading assessment efforts across a portfolio or enterprise.
• Experience identifying cross-functional interdependencies and aligning stakeholders across a program or portfolio.
• Experience with cloud computing, cloud networking VPCs, cloud stacks, interconnects, hardware nodes, storage pools, persistent disks, and Google Cloud Storage Hyperdisks.
• Experience developing with REST APIs and microservice architecture, and using Kubernetes, JIRA, and Confluence.
