Sr Technical Program Manager II (NetSec)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; office-based work is expected, with flexibility when needed

Salary: $175,400–$283,800 per year, plus potential restricted stock units and bonus

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex engineering programs from inception through release across collaborating product divisions.
• Coordinate runtime security agent infrastructure across platform, firewall, and cloud security organizations.
• Drive AI data governance, cataloguing, and public cloud web firewall integration initiatives.
• Define product development processes, program management tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Influence technical architecture, resolve cross-product dependencies, and ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Lead AI adoption across the NetSec TPM organization, mentor TPMs, and measure productivity gains.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technical program management experience in large-scale software, cloud security, or enterprise networking programs.
• Experience owning multiple high-complexity programs across collaborating product divisions.
• Deep understanding of network security, cloud firewalls, distributed runtime security agents, or enterprise AI data governance.
• Experience defining development processes, managing Jira and Confluence dashboards, and running retrospectives.
• Hands-on AI adoption experience with tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, ADK, Anton, or custom AI agent workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

• Experience influencing architectural trade-offs and presenting strategic decisions to executive leadership.
• Recognition as a subject matter expert across engineering, QA, product lifecycle management, operations, and cloud infrastructure functions.
