Lead Unsecured Lending Operations Consultant (AI)

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa, United States; hybrid schedule

hirify.global is staffing a W2 contract role supporting unsecured lending operations and AI initiatives.

What you will do

• Translate AI priorities into work plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Lead execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, decision trackers, risk and issue logs, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate work across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and change management.
• Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, escalate risks, and drive follow-up actions.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation readiness, communications, training dependencies, and transition into ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in complex business execution, project management, operational planning, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams with competing priorities and interdependent deliverables.
• Strong project-management discipline covering milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and status reporting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and standard project-management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, process redesign, or technology implementation.
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, servicing, collections, contact centers, or operations.
• Experience with pilots, proofs of concept, business requirements, testing, implementation readiness, and post-launch transition.
